Services

We provide professional floor and stone restoration services, including marble and travertine polishing, tile and grout cleaning and coloring, countertop and shower restoration, hardwood floor deep cleaning, concrete cleaning and sealing, and commercial VCT stripping and waxing. All work is performed by certified, licensed, and insured technicians.

Estimates and pricing

All projects are custom-quoted from a free, no-obligation on-site estimate. Written quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. Final pricing depends on stone type, condition, square footage, and finish chosen. Emergency service pricing is available on request.

Scheduling and cancellation

Appointments are scheduled by mutual agreement. We ask for as much advance notice as possible if you need to reschedule or cancel. Any deposit refund terms will be provided in your written quote.

Home protection and access

You agree to provide reasonable access to the work area. We will protect surrounding surfaces using mats, taping, masking, and coverings. We are not responsible for damage caused by undisclosed conditions, pre-existing defects, or items that were not protected because they were not disclosed to us prior to the work.

Workmanship and results

Restoration results depend on the existing condition of the surface. While we use certified diamond-abrasive equipment and proven techniques, severely damaged, delaminated, or structurally compromised surfaces may not be fully recoverable and may require replacement. We will discuss realistic outcomes during your free estimate.

Payment

Payment is due upon completion of the work unless otherwise agreed in writing. Late payments may accrue reasonable interest as permitted by law.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
